do a quick search for the guy's name. it was a bluff from a pissed off professor trying to get his laptop back. i mean, if that much data was on there, do you really think he would be carrying it around to do lectures with? http://informationweek.securitypipeline.com/trends/trends_archive/161600257 ...

i don't know about that, i think he's bluffing, at least to a degree. i know i've installed windows on multiple machines and no one ever batted an eye. why would microsoft suddenly be interested in one copy being installed on two computers? i'm sure there are single copies of windows on thousands of...

do you think it's giving up too much personal information to use your full name as a domain? that was my concern with using my full name.

Have you ever had the experience of looking through the registrars for domains and realizing all the good domains you want are gone? I mean, even http://www.allthegoodnamesaretaken.com has been registered!! I've been searching through for a domain for my personal web site and i swear, anything to do...

i don't think anyone has mentioned what was for me a big selling point for the iPod: because it's so popular, there are a slew of third party accessories available for it. makes it a much more versatile device beyond just a portable MP3 player. speakers, car systems, cases, all sorts of stuff are ma...

I read the following quote here http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-10163_7-6271405-7.html?tag=bnav Just keep in mind th...

<span style="text-decoration: overline underline;">Your Text</span>
that would place a line above and beyond the text in question for however much you include within your span. ah, so ra...

I've been looking at adding some sort of MP3 capability to my car, so I've been researching some car audio options. I would like to use my iPod and just plug it directly into my head unit. However, many line in iPod units state you need an AUX connection. I downloaded a copy of my users manual for m...

i don't recall it being a quote, but a statement from the journalist summarizing what he felt the police spokesman was saying. but y'know, even if it was a quote sometimes those little scary hints can be effective. it says "DON'T BE STUPID LIKE THIS GUY - IT WILL RUIN YOUR DAY". When you deal with t...

the linkin park site looks like they're using frames of some sort. their navigation bar is not a separate div like you're describing, but an entirely separate web page. i'm guess their line is just an image set to repeat all the way down the page. of course, this is just eyeballing it quickly. i cou...

They then left the scene. This is what makes me believe they were SAS rather than SO...

The Quran, the Torah and the Bible are just as strong of books as basis of faith in all three religions. The problem comes down to nothing more than greed. It has nothing to do with religion. I will make my stand on that and say nothing more on it. I wish you would! I'd like to hear your thoughts o...
