It doesn't appear so, although the audio service is disabled in Safe Mode. I copied a video (and VLC) over to it via a flash drive and ran it, and I didn't notice any spikes. The CPU Utilization Meter in Task Manager looked stable, and holding down a letter key in Notepad looked stable.

I browsed the Event Viewer, but didn't get anything definitive. I was trying to find an Error, Warning, or even Event that repeated itself, but I didn't see anything. The only Errors were for minor issues such as Google Update. How can I provide more information for you to diagnose?

Open X-Setup and select the Classic option from the first window. It will take a second to load all of the tweak modules. I'm a big fan of Avast. Try using their stand-alone scanner first. It's a free utility on their site similar to McAfee's Stinger program.

As far as I know SP2 should fix that problem ( I think SP1 did it as well) but in any case there is a tweak in this program for it. I'll install it now and find where it is since I have't used it in a while.

Well, it will always be fuzzy if it's a normal lo-def TV. If you watch a movie or play a game it will look alright, but text is near impossible to read.
