I would also consider adding your site to Google Webmaster Tools. This may give you more information on what Google has a problem with. The same with Bing Webmaster tools. Even if you had 0 problems, these are good resources to keep a check on your site.

Problem with Bing Cashback is that it is much, much harder to implement than any other shopping comparison engine and you need to actually pass shopping cart data to Bing. I plan on testing this with a client soon, but a lot of development hours to get it working correctly.

I would always recommend testing PPC before SEO. The reason is how do you know what keywords to focus on in free search? The ignorant way is to guess or to go by the keyword with the most searches. PPC allows you to test dozens, hundreds, if not thousands of keywords to see which ones give you the m...

I don't recall the method to doing this, but I know you can focus your ads around specific content on your page. Their is some coding out there for that. So, instead of Google looking at your whole page, you can have them just look at a specific paragraph about basketball for example.

I have alot of friends who have similar tattoo's, but this one is one i've made, so its unique and its embossed which will make i...

More visitors to your site has no direct relation to your Pagerank.

Post Posted: April 19th, 2007, 8:19 am

Best way is to do PPC. You could get as many visitors as you want in less than 24 hours. Google PPC takes about 10min to start getting visitors.

Please don't spam :-)

It's not most likely anytime...no one knows. April 22nd has just as much of a chance as the update being July 9th or May 23rd...or any other day.

Post Posted: April 16th, 2007, 9:21 am

This thread is over a year old guys...

Post Posted: April 16th, 2007, 9:18 am

No one knows when it will happen. It may happen in April, it may happen in May. No one knows except Google.

Post Posted: April 16th, 2007, 9:17 am

It's random and happens 3-4 times per year. No one can tell you when the next update will be.

The main difference CPA has over PPC is the fact advertisers are more in control and would be able to set actions (not sure what conditions etc will be necessary - but they can gain more control over their marketing spend). Email sign-ups, clicks(visits) and purchases would all be actions - with th...

I started a thread about this in "Advertising, PPC, Affiliation", but from an advertisers perspective. I was approved early for a few of my clients, and have gotten a few sales in the past week, not much though, as it's still in beta and to new. I guess this is not good for a lot of publis...

Just make sure you use your company name for the title and don't make the description to spammy, but try to get a few keywords in...just not to many as they may rewrite it.

First of all, can you please remove your Adult link from your signature. We do not allow the posting of adult links as many of our members are under age. As for your question, I work with one adult site and it is harder to get link exchanges. Most regular non-adult sites will not exchange links with...

I would use the Yahoo Directory for either. What I have found, and why I continue to submit to the Yahoo Directory, is because it will help you in Yahoo's free search. About 7-9/10 times, when I submit a site to the Yahoo Directory, in less than a month, my main keyword phrase is on page 1 in Yahoo'...

Actually nope. I would never use Limewire or anything like that.

It just means stop concentrating on getting a higher Pagerank, be concerned with having good positioning in the serps. Higher Pagerank is good and can make it easier to get good positioning, but I have alot of Pagerank 4 sites in competitive markets with 1st page positioning. You don't have to get h...

Well, if your site is brand new, it's just gonna take time. You can help it reach all the pages by getting more backlinks into internal subpages.

Not indexing or not getting good positioning?

Post Posted: April 10th, 2007, 9:07 am

Go through the Adsense Tips from them. Should help:

Yeah, Google has contacted us a few times in the past week to get some advertising done through TV and Radio.

My wife was able to get the whole album. Listened a few songs and didn't like it nearly as much as their past ones.

Post Posted: April 6th, 2007, 11:51 am

Well I doubt the problem is MSN then...could eb that your site doesn't convert well...but, what kind of site is it...because the demographic of MSN is not the same as Yahoo or Google.

First of all, you might want to focus on more niche phrases. "Car Parts" is very competitive. I have an auto related site (pm me for a link exchange - PR4) that gets a ton of link exchanges, many of them focusing on "Car Parts".

Post Posted: April 5th, 2007, 7:17 am

Not sure if it's just bad luck or if more people are using it, but this is the second link exchange request I received this week with the Nofollow and Noindex in the header of the link's page. I suggest you start viewing the sources of all link's pages, if you already don't. :-) http://www.stateuniv...

Post Posted: April 5th, 2007, 7:15 am

Both. I would start with focusing on the homepage, but then start pushing links to subpages.

Uh...no, no it's not.

This area only deals with Internet Marketing. I would ask your question in another area.

Post Posted: April 4th, 2007, 10:48 am

I tend to agree it shouldn't matter, though I have never tested them against each other. I am guessing that we don't see as many .org sites in the top results because .org companies usually are not to much into seo and marketing...well as much as .com's.

Post Posted: April 4th, 2007, 10:46 am

Another really old thread...at least we know these are still indexed!

Post Posted: April 4th, 2007, 10:45 am

To help you write multiple keyword phrases, use the "~" in the search to see what Google thinks are related terms.

Post Posted: April 4th, 2007, 10:44 am

Are you asking why your Pagerank hasn't moved for 3 months?
