Yea, I'm pretty sure that if there is a HD size limitation it is over 1.5 or 2 terrabytes. Especially in the new Mac Towers since I know they can handle two terrabytes (4 internal 500 GB HD) I would imagine if there is a limitation it would be more of a running out of SATA connections problem than ...

The hard drives are limited in size by the controller. older drives (ata 66, ata 100, ata 133) had drive max sizes. I found this out when I got a 160 gig for a g3 iMac I had and it would only formatt it to 127 gig. That was a ata 100 controller and so I'm pretty sure that was the max size for any co...

Thats makes sense. I am looking around for some examples that may help me in making this work around. I usually find pieces of code that are close to what I'm doing and then edit them. In doing so I've picked up enough html to work from scratch, but I have almost no java scripting experience. I wond...

I have changed from ugly basic menus that where very search engine friendly to nicer menus for the user, but I've found a problem. It seems that because my new menus use java script all of the links that they contain are not seen by the search engines. I have read about some ways to fix this such as...

My question concerns length of description and keywords. It seems there is no length that is standard across search engines. Here is my question though. Say my description on page1 is 250 characters and the search engine wants only 200 what happends? Does it just show 200 of it? that is what I figur...

I have a few qquestions concerning keywords. 1. Does order matter? Should I put more important keywords first? 2. Ordering keyword phrases? Should they be in a particular order? eg. after all singular keywords? 3. Is there an optimal number and is fewer better? Should keywords and keyword phrases be...

I use a CSS header file. In that header file I have a few differant things but 2 of them are relevant to my question; keywords, and description. Since I have this header file inserted in the top of every page all of my pages will have the same description and keywords. Is this o.k. , or would it be ...

You know how when you visit a site and in the address bar it will often show an icon for the site. Also when you bookmark such a site the icon will be next to the bookmark. My question is the icon applied. I probably shouldn't call it an icon, but you know what i'm talking about. What are the size p...

I thank you very much for your comments, and agree with them. I have worked on the menu for about 2 weeks on the look and never got one I liked. I am in the process of looking for new menus and will search under your suggestion. Thank you again.

I added code some time ago so that my site navigation could be done through a drop down menu structure. I am a Mac user and so I checked it with the differant browsers available to mac users. I was told recently from a PC user that the menu worked but none of the links where active on anything that ...

I would have to say men have it easier. I would site child birth, menstration, and menopause. Also had I been a women I would have been a whore as it was though I was just a normal guy.
