In my experience it's harmful and will draw a Google SERP penalty for your troubles.

I think the 16 clicks will appear to be from the same computer and they will not be counted.

It will be very hard to achieve. You cannot evade the ageing filter.

Just keep going with your optimization work. If you start worrying about tailoring your site to each search engine it will never finish.

That's good ad blending. Also try putting ad blocks in the middle of the posts and work on getting more traffic.
