Something that I have been wondering on is I'm about to make a small supermicro server with the WD red drives and I was going to put in 3 3tb. The question is if I could add more drives with out effecting the data on the drives but increase the over all storage. I was looking at a raid5 or raid6 set...

do you have physical access to the ubuntu box. are you using ubuntu server or ubuntu desktop edition?

I had forgot to ask. What version of Windows are you using?
If that didn't work the only other "quick fix" I could think of is a reset of IE?

Side note: Are you able to use a different browser? If so is it doing the same thing?

well sounds like the cookie expired. just relogin. it its not letting you login. delete your temporary internet files and cookies.

I had tried with a different moniter and cord all together and I had tested it with a different power supply and cord also. still no luck. I am just saying that the MoBo was shot.. Damn the cheap hardware. The thing that gets me is it wasnt even heating up. it was at about 90F for an old amd athlon ...

I am wondering if there is a way to lock say xp into only a web browser.

for instance

boot up computer. automaticaly login and opens up say IE and thats it. It wont let you go to anywhere else on the computer. Just for browsing..

I am possible open to linux.

that wasn't it either. for one theres only one way for the piticular connecter to go on and i tested it with another switch. Thanks for the idea.

im suprised i havent seen this sooner. BUT why are you trying to change the server.cfg

As a long time wolf player. I know that there are some hosts that are really picky over the server.cfg file due to you able to change the max players.

I thought et died along time ago.. heh

I cannot help you as far as in the coding. But do you have any of the coding done so far. If so is it giving any errors and what is the error. That will help us out.

Most likely you wont get a good response till the beginning of the week.
