I've got people like this where I work.

"It's always the computer or computer Techs fault."

This seems to be what they generally think. I don't have any advice for you but just wanted to let you knw that your not alone.

I'm currently in the process of installing Paint.net and it's been stuck at 63% for about 10 minutes now.......

I watch Hulu because I don't want to pay for cable/satalite TV. Why would I want to pay them for a kinda crappy service.
