Hello, I'm trying to do a scandisk for my PC. I select the Automaticlly fix errors option. The app schedules a check on the first restart to do the check. But it never happens? I have a problem with my HDD, its a 2.5" samsung MP0603H

Yesterday i could use it normaly, but today nothing.
It cannot be recognized by windows..

I have XP home edition...i tried it on another PC...nothing...

Any idea why it gave its life?

Thanks it worked perfectly...i'm too new with websites...

I had to install it in a special folder / home / public_html

Does this folder means that everything that can be accessed through webbrowser should be copied in?

Hello, I'm having some problems with the Office 2003 applications not responding quickly. When i click on a DOC file, word take etrenity to launch, but when its launched i dont have problems. Same with access when i want to open a DB. I also received an update of ZoneAlarm Pro (version 6.something)....

Hello, I have XP home and i used Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer to check if my PC is up to date. Everything is fine exept for MSXML wich is service pack 5 instead of 7. I tried Windows update, but there are no updates for it, i search Microsoft website, they dont have MSXML SP7 Any help? tx

Hello I have a slight problem with my Internet Connection. Sometimes i go to the web surf normaly and then play a game online. But when i exit the game, my internet connection is lost...i cant surf but the ADSL is still working...I have to logoff and go back in my user account for it to work. Win XP...

I dont know if this app has been reviewed here, but i think it's quiet excellent.

Its called Toolbar Cop.

It can show all the BHO and stuff...including path, registry key, and helps you remove it directly.

I'm still discovering other options.

Hy, Since norton can't delete them, then it cannot stop the running processes... Save the location of the files., restart in safe mode, and delete the files manually Go to the registry (start, run, regedit) Select HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete the entries...

Hy

I'm trying to enable my wireless network card so that i can connect the internet in my doorms.

I don't know how to enable it...
I configured it with Yast...and it detect it...
But when i open Konqueror, it dosen't seem to connect (even with dial up)

I'm a n00b, please help
