Hey guys, Just found out the problem is occuring because the motherboard isn't detecting the SATA harddrive all the time. When it doesn't detect it, it doesn't load windows giving the "Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk problem" message. Works fine when BIOS detects it. Anyone know why ...

cheers, thanks for the reply. although i just found out the problem. had to goto device manager and under sata controller > properties, the secondary channel was somehow set to PIO mode when it should've been in UDMA mode. Im not too sure what PSU it is. It's a 350w and came with my Super Flower case.

Yeh it does have SP2.

Btw, it does come up in Device Manager in control panel. I guess Windows recognizes it but it doesn't show up in My computer.
