I dont know how the entire event took place but this news did really made me upset. Police officers from the finest NYPD just unload bullets to an unarmed would-be groom--and they were acquitted. This a kind of scenario which should not have a place in a civilized world...

I just presumed you have a checklist (or manual) with you during assembly of your rig which you have followed to the letter but sometimes a single power cable may have been unplugged. check the power cables. PCIe vid cards need a power supply. be sure you have it plugged.
