I created a banner for my site using photoshop. When I SAVE AS the image, it saves as a photoshop file. How can I get it to JPG/GIF so I can actually use the image? Obviously I tried saving it as the other file types but then when I open it up, it won't open.

I have another problem. I've used the appropriate coding to get rid of frame borders (border=0 frameborder=0 framespacing=0) yet there are still borders that exist. Though they are very thin grey borders, is it possible to get rid of them?

I have my page with column frames. Both the left and right pages require vertical scrolling. Is it possible to make it so that the user will scroll the right page, and the left page will scroll with it? My left page is long but I dont want it to have a scroll bar.
