I'm just going to throw this out there, but if you can, formmail would take care of the email form, and might be easier to use for someone not familiar with PHP.

Norton doesn't. If you want a more practical AV, you should look elsewhere.

ZoneAlarm's firewall is good -- if you need a software firewall.

Avast and AVG have good, free, AV products for home use.

I see nothing that sticks out at me from the Hijack this log, but the exact error would be useful in this case.

The "net send" command would be best, but you'll have to enable the service on Windows 2k/XP, as it was disabled to block the RPC vulnerability some years ago.

That's the only way I know to make a pop-up from a batch file.

I'm not sure I'm understanding what you're doing. Are you trying to move data from one table to another, and in the process, the field names are changing? You may also be able to run a system file checker

sfc /scannow from the command prompt. This will restore critical system files from the Win2k disc.

You'll need to use a video editing application to cut the file up into multiple smaller files for burning. Movie Maker may be able to do this, I'm not sure what it's file size limit is.

The only boards I've ever used with both DDR and SDR had a set of jumbers for switching between the two types. I do not believe it's possible to use both at the same time, the chipset is probably not capable of communicating with two completely different banks of memory at the same time.
