Bonjour Julie! What is the Windows you are using? If you use XP, try the “Restore” before the format, restore it a day before the problem, other than that its hard to pinpoint the problem, especially you said that you stopped the firewall, and Mozilla did work, but only for a day but stopped like IE...

I will still continue to support my favorite artists, but for the rest, buying a full album for one tune, na! not even buying one song is worth it.
