I would double check you bios settings incase the bios has set your cpu frequency etc back to it's default setting.. That's common and would make the PC run a lot slower if the frequency is set lower.

Google uses a lot of criteria when creating calculating PR.. I'm sure google look preferably on sites with listings in quality directories like yahoo and dmoz. I don't think them alone will neccessarily increase your PR although using that as part of you bigger plan along with other measures, should...

Quick question... Does anyone know what google look for when determining the location of a web page. Does it go on the location of the server, or look at the TLD to determine (ie .com or .co.uk) or where the domain name is registered? If I have a .com hosted in US but want google to shown it as a UK...
