I thought it's just a trick of scammers, bu...

Annual is more stable. Make sure that host has no penalties for stopping membership, and go ahead. The good conditions billed yearly are offered by //removed, which I know from the own experience top be good.

Linux web host and then all depend on your sizes. If you you are small that can be shared web host (hostgator.com, hostjava.net), then VPS for middle size (Vpsland.com, pivotalweb.com) and finally dedicated server (rackspace.com, theplanet.com)
Good luck

I am not hosted now, but last time, using the service of webhostgiant.com I have never had any problems with spam or viruses on my account. I have no idea what kind of software they used, but I think it was working good.

Much depends on the company which offers this. I know MMhosting.com is reliable, so I think you would likely have domains with no problems. Anyway, read Terms of Service attentivealy, especially points regarding this question.

sibername.com seems to provide the design services as well. ake a look I suppose they would be good for comparison.
They use websitematic software for designing and it is included into the hosting plans from them.

I have accidentally found this service at santrex.net, and wonder what could it be used for? For watching movies online? Like a cinema, or TV?
Just tell me how and what for it is used.

I think Webhostgiant.com suits starters well. They are cheapest provider I know, though they are rather qualified and longstanding. Their multiple accounts based on windows platform are good for starting a reseller business.
