No one can ban you for no reason. There might be some reason for Google ban. I would have first got in touch with them and find what went wrong.

IMO your exisiting sutomers might have given you ample of feedback and suggestions for upgrading. Accordingly you should upgrade your plans.

IMO all the web hosting providers have their won strength and weakness, You need to be smart enough to pick the one who meets your expectation and is hassel free.

One option is you can check the name servers in whois information of that website. The other option is http://www.whoishostingthis.com

Initially even a shared hosting package will be fine for you. But as the forums grows with the increase in no. of members, posts you will need to upgrade it. It all depends on your requirements.

Supplemental results are a warning about duplicate content on your site. You can check those results by entering in the syntax [site:www. domain.com ***] in Google search box. If you want to start reselling you can opt for a reseller account from a reputed hosting company and resell hosting accounts on your server. Hope you find the best:)

Checke the monitor on another computer. This might be Video card problem as well.
