Any idea why my animated gif not working when it's on a web server? If I double click on the .shtml file to open the file then the animated .gif file works just fine. I can see the animation. However, if I access through the web then it's not working.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Thanks, UNFLUX. That's what I thought but I have people from the Mac side complaining. In any case, I'll sure tell them to install the mac version. The problem is we don't have a Mac machine here to really test what it looks like so it's hard to guess.

IIS/5 still is not working with .shtml files. However, I used another server that has IIS/6 and it seems to work for now. The only difference I saw the IIS/6 has is the SSI Allow option and IIS/5 don't.

Many thanks for the response. I just checked after you posted but most of them are just security patches. I'm not sure if the problem I have is relating to security patches. However, I have read on other forum that it relations to the printer settings. But still, when I check on the margine setting,...

We are running MS Word 2002. Many of our users kept getting this message The margines of section 1 are set outside the printable area of the page. Do you want to continue? And when I look at the Page Setup margine, it was fine. The margine are within the paper size but somehow the program kepting gi...

Can anyone give me the difference between Adobe InDesign, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe FrameMaker, and Adobe FrameMaker Server? I'm very confused as to what each program do? It sounds to me that Adobe InDesign is replacing Adobe PageMaker, is this correct? And Adobe FrameMaker is almost the same thing as ...

Since the drag drom the shared folder can be dropped into our personal task and calendar folers, do you have information on how to create a macro that would automatically drag and drop or copy and paste into the user's task and calendar folders?

I think I got it. It's not perfect but it works.

Here's something I found out. Since the Task and Calendar is shared with all of our staff...but because the Calendar and Task folder does not below to each staff, the reminder doesn't work. And this is why I want to copy those tasks and calendar appoinments. Now, since it is shared and I can see the...

Okay, the drag a drop thing works...but is there an easier or perhaps faster way to do this? I mean if we have 50 items in the task or calendar...I'll have to drag them 50 times. I believed I can select all and drag them at once...but is there a way I can have those items in just one file....like th...

In the case of the Task items, it is listed as attachment...again, the problem is I'm not sure how to add it into my Task folder.

Yes, we are using MS Exchange Server 2000. If I select all of the items, I was able to forward those items...however, on the receiving end, I wasn't sure how to add those items into the Task folder or Calendar.

Is there a way I can foward all my calendar appoinments and the Task items to another user and somehow be able to automatically add those items and calendar appointments in their personal calendar and task? We have a common Calendar and Task setup on one account and now we want to transfer those cal...

Thanks for the response. No, that doesn't solve it. However, do you know anything about the builtin CREATOR OWNER? I was told that it works in Windows 2K Server and above but I wasn't able to have it work in NT 4.0 server. I thought I did...until one week later it doesn't work anymore.

Thank you very much for all the responses. The domain server is an NT 4.0 server and we buying a whole new computer for that. Is there an equivalent event for the .lostfocus in VB.NET? I thouht there is the .Leave but it wasn't working. Here's my situation. Yes, I agree with you, UNFLUX. It is very hard trying to troubleshoot something that's not in front of you. And so far many of you in here have done an excellent job helping people out. Thanks, simpleminded, for contributing to this problem. I am agreeing with you because once the network connection has lost, the server can not ping anywhere, clients, ISP DNS; another words, the server can not ping anywhere. I have not test if the server can even ping itself. And to answer your que...

I'm quite sure that the server IP address is not assigned to another device. However, I have not checked if those ip addresses are listed in the exclusive section. They should be listed in there, correct? Although I have not checked, I don't think I ever seen those ip addresses listed in that sectio...

Thank you everyone for all your suggestions. UNFLUX, I think your right on the lease time. When I installed, I didn't change the default lease time at all.
