It took me 7 months and hundreds of hours to reach the top 10. I am currently sitting at position #2 and it has been about a year. I will let you know once I reach the top.

I am in the 2nd postion for Holland MI Real Estate and Holland Michigan Real Estate. I would like to be first, but if the traffic is similar I am happy with that. I think if you are top 4 where the people don't have to scroll down to see more results you are sitting good.

I had never heard of CPC before. From Mit's defenition it seems more expensive than PPC

PPC should really be a temporary thing. You will go through your money way to quickly if you focus primarily on ppc.

I was on another forum yesturday and found out that once I get to 300 posts the no-follow tag is removed from all of my posts. Does Ozzu have something similar or are all these posts no follow?

Make sure you check each company that you get referrences from. It may not be worth the risk to have another company do it for you.
