Too complicated I have no idea where to go. Work on making the one thing you ant people to do most stand out because as of now it's overwhelming. YOu should have 1 unique selling proposition i'm not sure what it is :D

I like it however you should make the MAIN graphic less long as you have alot of wasted space on the opening page.

You need your MAIN UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSTION to jump out at you. Right now your page loads and no ONE POINT grabs my attention.
