PR7 = 1
PR6 = 1
PR5 = 3
PR4 = 3
PR2 = 1

I believe that it may increase your Google PR however its my experience it wont help your SERP "search engine results page" Allot of my traffic comes through indirect sources for example if someone searches for "Web hosting" and the majority of your links are on pages for furnitu...

I had always thought that links were updated when googlebot spiders the site holding your backlink.

However i no longer think this is the case or is it?

Yes i am sure about my google PR jump , this happend awhile ago however but i purchased homeloadinformation.ca and not even 2 months later it went for PR0 to a PR 4 i believe it was due to a link from a PR 5or6 site but thats all i can think of why it went up, and why it went up so high i dont know....

Well first off i would like to say that i agree and disagree with the posts before mine. There are many ways in getting indexed in search engines. Yes Links to your site are a big one. However the PR of that site doesnt necisarily matter. The theory behind using high PR sites in getting indexed fast...
