How to check/evaluate subj?
Is there is any tools I can use to know how much traffic was going through the expired domain?

I know that alexa will give some sort of idea, but is there is any other resource on the net?

you have to specify a -I<path to folder with iostream.h> key in your compiler directive.

you have to check the WHOIS database. domain resolution is not a solution.

I think the prices are not real
The hosting company will put LOTS of clients on the same server in order to make a small profit. You might have a slow server response and slow connectivity.

Check if "boot from the CD" is first item in the list of the bootable devices in the BIOS.
