One of my friends was flying out of the US, and observed an American guy trying to check-in without a passport: "But I'm American, I don't need a passport!"

I thought Dreamweaver already had a spell-check ... at least I remember so when I used it (I prefer more lightweight applications like Notepad++ now). Should be Shift+F7. You should be able to change the spelling dictionary (ie, language) thusly:

I still go outside to have a look when the A380 flies over.

I was bored. I had a pencil next to me. I have a bare plank of wood on two supports serving as a large computer desk. I like to draw :) Tonight I have drawn two images on my desk, one complete, one not so ... But I'm working on it, I promise :D I have a plan to fill this dirty board with images befo...

Do you not know how to search the web yourself?

61. How is your mousey today? 62. Is the aforementioned mousey optical or ball? 63. Wireless mousey or nor? 64. Would you rather curtains or blinds? 65. Do you webcam with anyone? 66. How many books do you own? 67. How many layers (sheets, blankets, etc) do you have on your bed? 68. Do you have a br...

Ah, yes, that sounds right :)

There's not much I can add onto what I and other people've already said. If you do change the design a little bit and want it re-reviewed post here again :D

Yep, sure am - this is quite close to Circular Quay, yes, on the way from Darling Harbour to Town Hall :)

Seems to be working fine in FF now :)

I've become obsessed with vertical panoramas that stretch from horizon to horizon ... this is one of mine taken in the city of Sydney, hy home town :D

Yeah, I'm getting that too, where the search bar is. Wasn't there before ...

I haven't noticed too much of a difference from FF in the way chrome displays web pages - they're quite similar in that respect ... I'll design a few simple CSS web pages and see how they work :) Edit: The only difference I've found so far from FF is that Chrome doesn't like the Ozzu breadcrumbs up ...

it surprises me people that you guys gave him a recomendation on how to uninstall IE8 without telling him first to install other internet browsr such as firefox or opera. He already has IE7 and wants to get back to it; he doesn't want another browser. Just because you personally don't use IE for mu...

Laughing at microsoft's mistakes doesn't increase our knowledge about computers Well it does, because we laugh about vista due to everyone doing it to fit in, then we want to know what the hell it was we were laughing about if it ever came up in conversation again so we wouldn't look like the world...

why do you want a script kiddie or a craqcked to break your computer when a 4 year old boy can do it lol. did you try safe mode???, you might want to use the windows xp pro cd to get access to cmd and restore your computer from there, just go to the windows\system32\restore folder and open it from ...

You know what, I don't think it's crossing the line ... I'd rather the moderator do this all through the forum, but sometimes someone who just doesn't care or who only uses the forum to annoy people wouldn't reply or return to the forum often, if at all.

I just noticed in this photo, that if you look at the before and after photos, you can see that trees and shrubs actually grew from the time I started the project to when I finished it.

Plants tend to do that :P :D Quite annoying, actually.

I disagree with chrysiptera with the look of the site. Not great ... looks like something from 1995. It's simple and straight to the point, yes; one thing it is not is interesting. There are 14 errors in the HTML and it's good to see that your CSS is valid. You also might want to expand on your page...

I like it, nice an simple as many of you have said ... a bit bland, but it's nice and uncluttered. One thing I dislike is there is no support (and no hint of any support) for addons and extensions. I hope they include this in the full release. Edit: Another thing I don't like is not being able to pr...

Website's still live and working fine.

Argh, I hate vertical align, it's so iffy. Some browsers render it differently from others, and there's several different ways to do it ... such a pain in the behind.

I agree with celandine about the electoral system ... I prefer ours in Australia. We go, we vote, we usually find out the result that night on the tele, and there's no massive candidate speeches and all that hoo-haa. :) My worthless two cents.

I hate templates. 1 error in the CSS 15 errors in the HTML You should be adding a description in the head section. For example, the Ozzu description: [code]<meta name="description" lang="en" content="Webmaster Forum : Webmaster discussion on numerous topics including Webs...

I use PC mainly because I've always had a PC or two. I've tried Mac but I can't afford one at the moment. I've tried linux but that requires quite a bit of knowledge before you use it.

After I got my new laptop I gave my old one to my father. It's not a new one, in fact it's an old Acer Extensa 2000, but it ran fine for me on XP Pro, and anyway he only ever uses it for Word and the internet ... The problem is apparently the kids played around on it (when will they learn not to let...
