The lowest i have seen a server was at $60.00/month if you go for less people will just pass you bye.

You might want to think relly hard before start a hosting company there are many things to think of. Like who will you resell from, support, payment, get people to know you over the other 100,000,000 host out there. I love GoDaddy.com, i have used them so many times, for domain names. The only thing i don't like is the support, some people there don't know what a domain name is! But you can't beat the prices!
