This is called "drag and drop" and it's mostly done with Javascript.

Hi Travis, In this case I usually code the menu myself with Javascript, instead of using an out of the box script. Except from the things that are already said: I also think it tells something about the webdesigner. If you want to make websites of good quality, be sure to make them valid too.
