There are sites like gumtree where you can place a link without having to ask the webmaster. Although not under every catagory.
I think it's great and there should be more such sites. links do not get old because they are pushed off the site by new stuff all the time. Check it out.

The graphics on the navigation are nice looking but, please use a different photo. The one on the site (of a cold blue office building) is grim.

The white tabs at the top of the page did not work in my browser, (Internet Explorer) so all I could see was your front page. I can see you are listening to what is said here, passed has changed to beyond. To me, it looked great.
