Actually I have used it at the last three companies I have worked for. I think it is a great tool. I work offsite for my former boss using Salesforce. I have been involved in importing contact info from Excel, setting up a newsletter to be emailed as well as email templates. It is not as intuitive a...

I agree with everyone - it's a great way to pool our knowlege and help each other. As individuals we may not know everything, but by sharing in this straightforth way, we all gain.
No matter what the project I am on - someone has come through with the solution.
Thank you!

For some reason every time I go to look at a picture file, Adobe Photoshop elements comes up and I have to view it through it.
I don't want to get rid of Adobe Photoshop - but don't want it as the default viewer.
Is there an easy way to change the default?
Thanks.

THANKS - I'll check that out.
BTW - I like your picture - it reminds me of a friend of my daughter that got a tatoo from a really cheap place, of course they mispelled love - but other than that it was really a good price!

My boss has a new computer. He loves it but doesn't know how to use everything it comes with. It has a built in camera, called a Sony Visual Communications Camera. It is right at the top of his monitor. But we can't find anything on how it works, or how to activate it - any ideas? Thanks. Yvonne

it doesn't turn off. It seems like it does and after waiting 15 minutes or longer, when you push the button to turn it on - it resumes right were it left off.
