Good good!! Straight to the point and easy to navigate.
Maby you could add a compare function or make it possible to list all the hosts after criterias such as cheapest first, and show only hosting packages that offer php and 10 gb transfer/month etc.

I think you should keep the site simple and small no big banners, just like google, quick to load.
This is new and great, I newer seen anything like this.

Your contact us form is extremly spammer friendly, all you need is "any input" in all fields and click refresh after posting. thats kinda bad for a Company "With 18 years of experience in the industry"? not that the average yoe notice that, but still, form validation is not that ...

The site looks well at least for me (using firefox 3 with adblock plus and no-script) If your going to be picky I can see that when I look at the right side I see the red bar (containing links to calendar, resource map, essay and publication) and its about 3 pixels not in line with the top bars. Can this be done?
I need this to work with as small delay as possible eg, posting a form and directly after you got a new sub domain!

what changes needs to be done to the server side (if any)?
