Save your coin... you can market any site for free with article marketing. A study was done here http://www.thekaizenbusiness.com/?p=174 and although it's in a different market than yours the results can be replicated in any popular market including entertainment/games.

I usually make sure when doing a new operating install (Vista is a resource hog) that hardware can handle it or making sure a software program is compatible with the OS I am using.
