everything seems to be enabled but it still isnt working. where is the best placed to get the service pack 1 at?

its a toshiba A135 satellite series with vista home basic(the cheap gay-ass one)

things like flashdrives, digital camera, webcam, printer, wireless mouse. they all work in other computers and i know theres nothing wrong with them cause i use them on my desktop pc and they work fine.

did all that still nothing. it says all the drivers are installed correctly. i did the whole uninstall and reinstall and still nothing.

on my toshiba, none of the usb ports work ive tried many things and none of them seem to work. the comp recognize that there is a usb present but it keeps saying "device malfunction"

any help with this would be nice!

my buddy has aq sytsemax laptop with windows xp home edition service pack 2 with an Intell Core 2 duo T5250 @ 1.50GHz 987MHz, 0.9965 RAM. it has a few trojans on it and maybe a few viruses, he used Avast! antivirus and ccleaner and defragged it and it not sure if he ridded his comp of them. it seems...

how do i get rid of a trojan horse on my comp? i keep deleting the files but they seem to be returning as different files? any help would be appreciated

i have a toshiba laptop that will not turn on it has power to it, the ac light is on but when i push the power button nothing happens. it the A135 SAT series, like brand new, had it for several months. it worked fine the day prior to this.
any help would be appreciative thanx.
