Can recommend you have a look at hosting plans which hostpebble, bluehost and a2hosting. These companies have offered plans which have all necessary scripts and resources to run web sites successfully and I do hope that this info will be useful for you.

If you need a private SSL certificate, you may have it from innohosting company, they use it from GeoTrust.
They cost not much and many options they offer.-

I have heard the best ones are - enom.com, eurodns.com and godaddy.com.

What does Windows Server 2008 x64 Hyper-V mean?

Think this process can be done via cPanel, guess you have root access?
