Look up a2hosting.com, they have so many features included into the plans that I suppose ffmpeg hosting is not a problem for them.

VPS would be good. I'd also adicve you to look for some VPS with burstable RAM, like is offered by ServerPoint.com, this will allow to survive huge traffic.

I guess you will need A shared hosting plan plus a dedicated IP and SSL certificate if you expect your visitors to leave their personal info on your site.
