I have tried this, but if you look at my signature now, i have ticked off the 'disable bbcode' and when i submit my signature, it ticks the box again. I must be doing something wrong!

I have tried to post a link using anchored text, but the only way it seems to work is if i type in the URL.
I have tried the code Ozzu gives when you hover over the code, but also the <ahref, and it still doesn't work.
Can anyone pass me the code?
Thanks very much
Claire

Maybe Google are making changes to thier pagerank scheme...
I have found that one website i have called Botrans Removals has a pagerank of 2 on the .com and 1 on .co.uk, and then i look at it on another computer and the .co.uk has none and .com has 1!

I Think google has different servers for different areas, and can tell where abouts in the world you are, so even if you do not search using an area, you will most likely bring back results nearer to you. If you are aiming at America, it definatly would have been better to get a .com i think, as i a...

I generally get a useful navigation together, and split the business into its most important sections. Generally making it easy to navigate for the customer is one of the most important things to consider. If you look at this windows and double glazing site for example:http://www.finestralwindows.co...

Cannot say i have ever put a general pre-loader in a main flash file for others to feed off. I import all my flash using a javascript file: and link it to my pages with Script tags. Where the flash is all i need to put is the flash ID because i use div classes. Quite clean. It may be more confusing ...

If you had a digital SLR where you can change the shutter settings that would be useful. having a pocket sized digital camera probably won't have very quick shutter response or any settings to change this.
If you do want to take photographs like this i would recommend purchasing one.

If you are looking for speed for programs like Photoshop, illustrator, then i would advise you to get the Macbook pro. the Macbook does seem fast at downloading things and when using general applications, however, when it comes to using large programmes like photoshop and illustrator, the Macbook is...

Our company has just started to produce a Google Sitemap for every website we host. As some every now and then have a problem with getting cached every now and then, i think its quite a good practise to create them when you put a site live. I think this increases the chances early on of the new site...

I think that definatly giving something away in return for a link is a fantastic idea. Like giving away templates, we are giving the user something they want, and in return when they use it, we get a simple link back, everybody wins. However, there are many sites out there that already do this and w...

It seems that when you click on a page, there is no file extension - unless they are folders. If you look at a site say for example http://www.oaklandgroup.com/ when you click on a link say air conditioning services and maintenance - it will come up with http://www.oaklandgroup.com/air_con_service_m...

As much as i can imagine inflatables are a clever way of advertising, as they attract children who are the best target for advertising. However, i don't see that many inflatables around, and unless they are done in conjunction with a stand i don't think they would work as well. I believe the best an...

Out of all the time i have worked on optimising websites i have never come across this: http://www.botransremovals.com, doesn't come up for any keyphrases in Google, and when you type in the company name into Google (Botrans Removals) the site comes up top, but with the old cache of the title and de...

It may be that originally before you bought the domain, the person before you had gained all these links from these sites. You could go through each site and request for your link from them to be deleted. However some of them may have good pageranks so i would probably leave that. As i cannot see wh...

I have tested the PHP and the actual html file doesn't seem to be contacting the php file. One thing i have noticed is you don't seem to have an email for the form to send to...so you won't see the order.
I have had a quick look and i cannot find anything yet.
