Wikipedia has icons that automatically show whenever there is an external link or file. While I've been able to get this to work in Firefox, I have not been able to get anything working in IE6 or below. Yet, Wikipedia seems to be able to do it. Does anyone know how they do it? What script are they u...

Yes, it works in IE7. I was hoping there was some sort of javascript or hack that could get it to work in 6. This sucks. Half the people using IE on my site are using IE6 or below. Why can't more people use Firefox?

This CSS code automatically puts an icon next to each link. It works great in Firefox, Opera, and Safari. It does not work in IE6. a[href ^="http://www"] { padding: 8px 20px 5px 0; background: transparent url(/city-files/images/externallink.gif) no-repeat center right; } Any suggestions or...

If you didn't notice in your masterful "quote" button, that underlined word "here" is actually a link, I wonder where it leads to? Wow, the point was completely lost on you, wasn't it? What I gave was an example of how to help and not degrade those who are learning. Not everyone...

We've got a new winner ... You are now the designer with the most errors in a site ... congratulations ... 1204 ERRORS ... this is amazing ... how did you do it ... I didn't know that it was humanly possible ... you can see all of them right here ... Maybe once those are a bit closer to zero I'll g...

pkdude, Here are my suggestions: I would suggest you get rid of the "Welcome" banner. Things that sparkle and twitch are very annoying. Save it for when you REALLY want to grab someone's attention. As to the number of visitors to your site, does anyone but you really care? I like the flowi...

Hi farrhad, I really like the color scheme of this site, it really stands out. The logo is very nicely done and adds a touch of class to the site. I agree with DannyBly regarding the navigation. It should be on the left at all times or at the top at all times. Users generally don't like to go search...

Mightymule, Overall the site looks nice. Just a quick note: In Firefox, the whole top section is stuck to the left while the rest stays centered. "Youre in control of your sale" You may want to use a straight single quote. And under Solicitor Quotes, the font is smaller than the re...

Fabian, I really like the design. It's very clean and organized. I also like the information, it will get people coming back. Along with the above comments, I would like to add a couple of things: The white in the articles like your About page should be stretched down a bit. I would add a few breaks...

I actually meant it when I said "good luck." If you can find someone to do your project for anywhere near that price and time frame, well you have a real superstar on your hands. And I would keep them around as long as possible. Why was that you had to write back in all caps? Do you enjoy ...
