how do i uninstall in safe mode? an error always appears saying that the windows installer service can not be accessed because the pc's in safe mode.

my pc froze right after i have installed trend micro internet security pro. i have rebooted it for so many times already but it would only work for a few seconds then it would freeze again. it only seems to be working well whenever it's on safe mode. and so i removed trendmicro on startup and reboot...

thanks.. i did it already. should that solve the problem? because my pc is still the same. by the way, trendmicro detected a file called kd2.dll as a threat, that couldnt be deletd.. and the warning appears everytime i try to open drives. i couldnt delete

hey there.. i think my computer has been infected with a virus called system32.exe. zonealarm has been giving alerts about it on every startup. i don't know how to remove it and i have done different scans already. kindly check my logfile.. thanks. hey there... i need help regarding my internet explorer. it couldn't download anything, everytime i download something, the download would stop and it would show "internet explorer cannot download... an internal error occurred in microsoft internet extension" aside from that, firefox keeps...
