Like what kinda website? and what kinda coding is done?
Is it basic HTML site or what?

You can get a code online and its pretty much it.
I would recommend going with Feedburner, they have lots of options and easy to integrate with any site.

I would say do a good keyword research based on your images and then do the alt attrib like the other guy said and tag them well. I am not very good with Joomla. I am more into wordpress which is a lot easier to use and time saver.
