you can use http://www.oscommerce.com , http://www.opencart.com or any other.. but for customizing it , you need to have good knowledge coding (php) .. like you would like to take 10% off every 5 order or something like that.

The one main thing is the domain name (domainsappraisal.com ).. and yes they worked on SEO like their title and meta tags, content of home page,etc.

If your site is new and you have not done enough work on that... better switch to .com as you have both .co and .com domains..

There is not standard fixed cost.. it depends which service provider (web design company / freelancer) you choose and what type of website your require..

There is number of alternatives for google adsense but are they providing the good large number of ads depending upon keywords like google adsense.. are they able to compete adsense in anyway like in earning..
