Very nice site! I would have changed the font of the links to make them easier to read.

Try to use more colors like red, green or even yellow. Make the site colorful and outstanding.

I like the design, the navigation, the color scheme. The only thing I think that needs to be improved is the logo. It is too contrast from white to black. Why not do it with shades of gray instead.

I would say Dreamweaver although FrontPage is easier to use.

Very slow download of the site. The overall design is quite old fashioned.
