I would definately talk to someone at Google about it. Unless you are running all PSA's, and I think you even get paid for those, you should have made somthing with 200 clicks. Contact support at Google and see what they say.

Just be careful. There are ways to game that system. I have seen it before on ebay. If you are in the market for high PR domains, I would recommend sedo.com and tdnam.com. Two very reputable domain name resellers. You aren't going to find any PR7's for $11, but you are at least assured that your $11...

Google AdSense isn't going down? It is just getting harder to get high CPC's.
