I like your simplicity in layout, nothing unnecessary. And the photo - is perfect. But the color combination should be not so boring.

You really should choose fonts more carefully, the glittering website title doesn't look well.

The part with "Expats World Community" occupies a lot of space.

And one more thing I do not like - ads location - it seems not though-out.
