Getting the domain name at first is better coz if you planned to design a brand logo means it would be helpful. Well plan and be clear with your needs before hire a designer. If you clear with your ideas, then the output from the designer would be perfect.

I like to buy a new domain and want keyword presence in the url. One word domains are rare and may not available. So am go for two words domain like for example "templatespark". My question is adding an hyphen between words(like "templates-park") will benefit me in SE ranking? Wh...

Try to make a constant traffic. Track site using google tacking code and find where and which sites your visitors came from. Then try to get increase your visibility at those sites to bring more visitors.

I think social bookmarking will help in increasing site popularity and traffic. Have using of bookmarking websites which related to your niche will only give good results.
