It really depends on how much they owe you if it's worth fighting or not. If they owe you a few hundred dollars it's probably not worth pursuing. If it's a few thousands then it would be worth it in my opinion. Next time get at least 30% up front.

google will eventually re-spider your site and the new links will show up. If you have any type of traffic to your site you'll notice the URLs will be updated quite quickly.

I personally don't like Norton or McAfee. I use AVG instead but only use it for virus protection. As far as your host file you can add the sites you want to block as follows to the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts 127.0.0.1 007guard.com 127.0.0.1 008i.com 127.0.0.1 008k.com 127.0.0.1 00hq....

Are all the websites located on the same dedicated server? Do you have root access to the dedicated server? If so you can block using iptables or whatever firewall you are using. Or your control panel might support blocking of IP addresses. Or you can place a .htaccess file in your web directory to ...

I don't think it is your ISP blocking you. It sounds like your hosting provider is blocking you somehow. Find the IP of your local computer at whatsmyip.org

Open a ticket with your host and have them unblock your IP.

I don't really understand your question. Are you asking how to create a site using Joomla? If so I would suggest purchasing a book at http://shop.joomla.org/ or do a search in Google for "joomla tutorials".

There is a learning curve for Joomla so it might frustrate you at first
but once you get the basics down I think you'll have a different outlook.

Joomla is the best CMS out there right now in my opinion.
