That site is on the verge of being considered at fault for unethical SEO tactics. I'd say it's more important for current customers to have a good experience on your website than to spam the site and try to horde in traffic which will most likely leave your website as quick as they came. Take a look at strongestlinks.com - They are all popular directories that reach out primarily to an American audience. :)

I'd say the tool isn't very accurate, but is good for getting a general idea. Obviously if a keyword says 2,000 searches a month and the other says 30,000; it's pretty easy to figure out which keyword you want to optimize for. :)

Having a good linking structure for a website can deffinitely help pass PR throughout the website.

Although, If you're looking to boost your PR, I would focus on gaining incoming backlinks from other websites.

Yes submit your site to websites which list directories such as stongestlinks as mentioned above. Also submit your directory to as many free directories as possible. Add it to your signature in forums and post post post! I'd also make a recirpricol link optional. :)

Results have been incredibly spammy lately. Tons of doorway pages.
