yep, but I think it's little bit useful to prevent spam because people whose aim is just to get backlinks avoid to make comment on nofollow blogs or forums.

No.. I don't think so because once I watch one Google representative Matt Cutt's video and he clearly said that Google doesn't pass PR juice from no-follow links.

It is not matter! Do the Google webmasters and upload your site map. it helps google to find out your pages.
