For your first venture, it looks pretty decent. I was expecting a color theme though. even though you have a red banner at the top it doesn't form a color theme, since it is not really any place else. I am sure its a working progress, so just keep updating it and we'll keep reviewing!

For a greeting website, I am pleased that it didnt have pop ups all over, lik ethe other ones. However, as a greeting card page I would suggest you make the home page a little more interactive with a larger graphic etc. I think people like to see that kind of a stuff, so they can feel exciting sendi...

Its a nice and clean look and feel. I only have one comment and that may be a preference thing, but I think some additional colors other than blue and black text may enhance its look. I like non-spammy websites such as this one.
