the script I'm working on now has over 200 files with the longest file being 510 lines. all the code together is 4.5mb. it has taken me 3 months to write it.

i do a lot of oop.


and it's for a medical diagnoses company i work for.

i've used: ehostpros hostway pair varhosting.net and for oscommerce i would have to go with ehostpros. i had a few problems with hostway (mainly speed problems. the server i was on was very slow) but their uptime was the best (it was not down once). pair was also very reliable but they didn't have a...

i suggest oscommerce. i haven't tried to get it setup on a windows server though. i know someone who has. but he had apache installed.

I don't know if I like the look of their script. It'd probably just be easier for me to write my own PHP script that creates the .xml file in the format they want. With database driven dynamic websites, where new pages are created daily, rolling my own seems to be the best way to keep things up to ...
