You don't need to be logged in and it only sends an email to me (admin).
I'll go add a general sports category now.
Oh by the way, the logo link thats already in, will add a picture saying no logo added. You can change this link if you want and add a graphic (logo) of your own.

He can have water, so should be OK.
I don't think i could go two days without food though without my head starting to throb with headache.

I'm keeping my eye on the updates on TV anyway. I want to see how thin he gets and how long he can last. BTW did you see what it said on the BBC news website ? Blaine got the thumbs down from one placard-waver. "A fool chooses to starve himself and we all watch", the banner read. "One billion people...

I'm not saying his magic is bad. I like it.
What i'm saying is that if someone is trying to go without food and it's not a trick, then he must be crazy. He could die or go blind or end up with brain damage.
Anyway i hope he's ok at the end of his 44 days.

Post Posted: September 6th, 2003, 5:44 am You must all know the man who was locked in ice and stood on that poll for hours on end. Well he's at it again. This time he's trying to go without food for 44 days. He's locked in a plastic box in London with only water to drink. Do you think it's a ...

Hi, I just read this on a PC help site for water cooling a CPU. It's very funny ! <SNIP> I decided this weekend to try and quiten my PC by following some other members lead and going down the water cooling road. The fans on my PC were really starting to drive me mad The first thing that I did...

If we could shrink the earth's population to a village of precisely 100 people, with all the existing human ratios remaining the same, it would look something like the following. There would be: 57 Asians 21 Europeans 14 from the Western Hemisphere, both north and south 8 would be Africans 52 would ...

If you use Windows NT4, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003 you may be at risk from a new virus known as MSBlaster. This virus exploits a known security issue with Windows operating systems. It can cause your computer to reboot and can also result in slow speeds whilst browsing the Internet. If...

You should find a bit about it on the "FAQ" page and a bit on the "How it works" page. I think i'm going to have to add a bit more to it tho. BTW i'm going to add Dmoz to the search feed by the end of the month, just so you'll always be able to find something. I did have Altavista as a fille...

Well, the bit i can see looks nice, but i would have to sign-up to find out what it's like inside.
I've just changed my board to make it so that people can post without signing up. See how that goes for a little bit.

OK thanks. I've taken the PayPal and credit card pictures from the footer and added a banner exchange. I've also taken the big affiliate directory image from the right hand side of the page. I still got some work to do on those parts of the search engine tho because they still look ugly. Whoo...

Try this website :-
It's for postnuke, but has a lot of phpnuke stuff on it.

Post Posted: August 2nd, 2003, 11:53 am

I had a go with "phpnuke" last year and changed my mind once i'd started. I then loaded "mambo" up and had a quick mess with that before taking it out and trying "land down under". I ended up not using any of the above, but i'm glad i gave them a go. Hope you work out how to do what you want ...

That affiliate thing will be gone soon. The link "Work From home around your kids!" Is a paid for link. I have the top 3 paid adverts up in the top right corner and i can't change the link without emailing the person who's link it is and asking them. Well i could change it, but shouldn't. Anyway, i ...

That's strange. I've just had a look and you've joined and also had a chat with my AI Robot.

Whoops, you were talking about "".

Post Posted: July 24th, 2003, 6:03 pm

Do you think i should remove the affiliates directory thing on the right hand side of the page ? I think it looks ugly. I could add a few button adverts instead.
What do you think ?

Post Posted: July 23rd, 2003, 6:07 am

It works now and looks fantastic.
I like the way the lightning strikes as you move your mouse across the clouds. I also think your graphics and design on the entire site is very good and very professional.
It's a very nice web site.

Post Posted: July 22nd, 2003, 6:16 pm

Sorry, i wasn't trying to get at anyone. I was just saying that it doesn't bother me if you've got 440 posts or 2000 posts or even just the one post. I'm not going to think any less of you.
IMHO post count is nothing.
It does help the forum when people post daily tho !

Post Posted: July 22nd, 2003, 6:21 am

All i get is the "coming soon" and the rest is go daddy.

Post Posted: July 22nd, 2003, 3:34 am

I'm not getting mega big traffic at the moment, but then again i wont need it either. It's the search boxes affiliates have that will make my search engine worth listing your site on. I'm just starting to advertise the affiliate program now after testing and making sure everything works fully.

Post Posted: July 22nd, 2003, 3:23 am

The hit rate did shoot through the roof at one point, but it down to next to nothing at the moment. I needed to make sure everything was working fully before starting to promote. Anyway i don't think i'm going for a promotion as a search engine. Instead i'm about to start promoting as a high paying ...

So your the one thats not listing my site.

Post Posted: July 21st, 2003, 7:51 pm

 I took a loss ! I was getting the traffic, but my phones cost too much. I was lucky with Inktomi tho because i managed to change the link within the first month and pointed it at my search engine. Ahha gets you lots of traffic, but i found people only looked at the frontpage. I didn't get man...

Google at the moment, but just keep your eye on Yahoo!

Post Posted: July 21st, 2003, 5:54 pm

I've paid to be included in Inktomi, Ahha, Google Adwords & the odd one or two others. I was running a mobile phone web site and with the amount of other sites also selling mobiles, buying a top place was my best option.

I think you've got a point about the two links under "Site Stats". I'll have to have a good think about what to do with those. Also the Yellow is a bit too bright. I'm keeping the smiley faces though. :) BTW my site was RED last week. This is a new design, so thanks for your review. Oh, what did you...

It's the content that i look for in a post.

For anyone that's interested. Netscape is officially dead. - Netscape

I don't use Netscape myself, but thought i'd tell you lot anyway.
I use IE6 and sometimes Opera.

Can you please give me a bit of feedback on my PPC search engine. I'd like to know what you think of the search speed and what you think to the design of the site. BTW it's OK for you to do searches, but please don't click on any of the links found once you've done a search. People are paying ...

All the pictures are broken. All i can see is small red X's.
I get pop-ups when clicking on the links.
I think it needs a bit of work, but should be OK.

Post Posted: July 20th, 2003, 7:33 am

Lots to read on your web site. I think it looks very nice and it's very clean. The odd few graphics might be an idea, but all in all your site is very helpful. I also like the site navigation. It's easy to get from one page to the next and moving the mouse over each link turns the link light...

Post Posted: July 20th, 2003, 7:19 am

I'm not so sure about your LOGO up top. I think it needs a bit of work.
All your links work OK though, as far as i can tell.
I've also just signed your guestbook, just to make sure that works and it looks great. It's one of the better guestbooks i've signed.
Keep up the good work.

Post Posted: July 20th, 2003, 7:06 am

The yellow/blue colour of your site works well and as far as i could tell, all the links worked. One of the only things that bugged me was when you hover your mouse over some of the pictures, it says "<br>sea scooter</br> instead of just saying "sea scooter". You've got some very nice ga...
