Rather than use a Sharpie, why not use a water solulable marker. It should cloud the copyright enough to bypass it. And if by chance that doesn't work, you can wash it off....

in httpd.conf you can just add this line for the certain directory and then put the new url (no need to use htaccess):

Redirect old-URL to new-URL

I have to agree with UNFLUX.

I'm a Studio MX fan right now. Love the integration between them. I don't get the clarity I'm looking for with any other progs. Fireworks does very well for me.

I think you could get away with using images or quick phrases instead of whole paragraphs of text to get your point across.
