Not sure what you would call this and the example I have seen is currently off line, but I'm looking for a way for the users to change the colors of page elements to their liking. Background colors for tables and cells etc.

Also, this is what is currently there and I'm adding some features so if there is a neater/cleaner way I'm open to it, just don't want to re-invent the wheel if I don't have to.
