Hi I thought Mirago were global, must be UK only if you have not heard of them. Hi I have some cut & paste code from Affiliate Future for a search box. The JavaScript at the beginning of the code makes the search results open up in a new window. I do not want this to happen... I want the search results to open in the same page i.e. so the page refreshes and displays the results...

I like how you started your post with "Your website is probably one of the best uk shopping site I have seen" :D That is very encouraging - however, the page width is fixed so in some browsers it will not fill the screen hence the white space - I think there isn't a lot I can do about this at the mo...

With regard to the colours of the text on the page I have heard that entering "secret" keyword loaded text in the same colour as the background is frowned upon and can result in damaging search engine results. I am sure that this type of thing is now monitored by some of the larger indexes??? A tip ...

With regard to the news feeds, they open up in a new window because these are remotely hosted and they do not have the target="blank" tag in the hyperlinks to news items, so if I was to place these in the centre window they would open up a full page but within the window, and since this window is on...

The "Things to do" nav bar is red and within the top fold of the page to encourage/attract people into recommending the site or joining the newsletter - the red border is just for emphasis. I want to increase the rate at which visitors use these functions...

Hi I have just visited your site, and yes, I too hate sites with pop-ups, the first thing I generally do is close a pop-up before it even gets chance to load. Pop-ups in my mind are old hat and totally inaffective. Their annoyance value is way up in my top ten of things to turn me off a site. Also, ...

Hi On the whole the site has some nice touches, I particularly like the fade in/fade out banner links on your links page... very cool. On this same page however, I had to highlight the text descriptions to read them - or have to lean right in to the monitor! Maybe, bring the text colour up a few sha...
