This is actually a setting in cPanel that the host chooses to set.

What forum software are you using? Most of them have an HTML wrapper inside to edit the page template.

There is no real way to tell as hosts have multiple servers.

I am sorry to pass the bad news but your search for an unlimited bandwidth host will be one of finding many scam artists, fly by night companies and hosts that are lying. Their truely is no such thing as Unlimited Bandwidth, take some time to understand the file size of your website and find hosting...

On a follow up note,

If your not actually using the FrontPage extentions portion on your site you may want to delete these extra directories as they take up wasted space on your server.

For the amount of space you need that price is a bit high. Look around and you may find some better deals for small sites.

I have heard they have lots of problems. Never used them because I am a host but from surfing the forums I have heard lots of bad stuff.

Mostly support and uptime problems.

Hey the site looks nice. The only thing I worry about with a site like this is that it is not very search engine friendly.

Depending on your Control Panel you should be able to create a subdomain and then create an ftp account for that subdomain so people can go through and edit the information in the folder.

If you do a search on google for bad experience "host name" you will find that stuff and judge for yourself. Try calling both of them and ask them why you should do business with them. And for a better deal try asking them for their best price on the package you want.

Since http://www.RackShack.net has $5 domain names I recommend them instead. A domain is a domain why pay more?
